You can edit the webbie at any time, BUT make sure that you click the Publish to Web button on the bottom after you're done
making changes, or else they won't be changed on the public webbie.
NOTE: Elise has been banned from Neopets! No, I didn't get warned. My mother is convinced that Neopets
is giving the computer viruses. So I am banned. BUT I'm getting my dads old laptop soon and I shall sneak on on that because
